Walking tour of Bologna.
Departing from Neptune’s Fountain, our gaze will fall on Piazza Maggiore and the Basilica di San Petronio, just a few steps away. We will then continue beneath the famous porticos to discover the Garisenda and Asinelli Towers. We will cross the medieval market and the Loggia della Mercanzia, to the S. Stefano and Archiginnasio Complex.

Lunch in a restaurant in Castelvetro to discover our typical products.

In the afternoon: departure for Maranello and tour of the Galleria Ferrari, official exhibition of the most famous sport cars in the world. In the exhibition you can see the best standard- model and racing cars produced in each era of the Cavallino racing team, and relive the illustrious history of the brand created by Enzo Ferrari.
At the Ferrari store inside the gallery you will find the official gadgets of the famous “Rossa”.

Departure for Spilamberto and tour of the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Museum. The museum was founded with the aim of preserving and spreading the culture of Balsamic Vinegar, and to create a place where its values can be conveyed.
Walking through the barrels containing the precious “black gold”, the product history will be explained, as well as the traditional and unique method of production for obtaining this delight to the palate, starting to the cooked must of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes.
