Saturday July 12^th – dinner

The Conference Dinner will be held at “Cantina Bentivoglio”, one of the most famous night-life locations in Bologna. Cantina Bentivoglio can be either considered as a fine restaurants, a pub and a jazz club: it is probably the most famous jazz club in Bologna. The place is very characteristic, fine and cosy at the same time.

The menu of the dinner will be typically Bolognese:

- Starters: Culatello, salame rosa e e salsiccia passita con tigelline;

- Entrée: Strichetti alle verdurine con scaglie di parmigiano;

- First course : Tortelloni di ricotta con pomodorini e basilico;

- Second course: Controfiletto con misticanza di campo, olive e finocchietto;

- Dessert: Zuppa inglese, torta di riso;

- Beverages (wine etc...) and espresso.
