From the airport to Grand Hotel Baglioni and Downtown Bologna

You can reach Hotel Baglioni from the airport (IT: “Aeroporto”) using an airport shuttle called BLQ . You can find the time-table in this PDF. The cost of the ticket is 5€ and you can buy it on board. When you exit from the arrivals, walk straight for about 20m, then exit the building through the sliding doors on your left. Turn yourself right and walk straight along the pavement. After about 20m you should find a signpost with the indication “ATC” and “BLQ”: that’s the departure of the BLQ to the city centre. BLQ has four stops in Bologna downtown: Via Ugo Bassi, Via Indipendenza – S. Pietro, Via Indipendenza – Arena del Sole, Train Station (IT: “Stazione F.S.”). If you stay in Baglioni you have to get off the bus at the stop in “Via Indipendenza – S. Pietro” (4th stop from the airport).

Alternatively you can call a Blue Car by calling 0039 051 553415 or a White Car 0039 051 534141. Usually Blue Cars have a fixed rate of about 25€. White Cars can be cheaper with no traffic, but more expensive if you get stuck in the traffic jam.
